Position Summary: - In charge of machine and facility management - Providing EHS leadership to the plant
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Manage FSD team - Participate in drafting budgets for the development plans in FSD functions - Establish FSD goal aligning with company KPI and achieve the target - Implement TPM and conduct yearly audit in the plant - Establish PM plan and lead the team to implement the plan in the plant - Support technicians for troubleshoot in case of any equipment breakdown - Collect the downtime data, calculate MTTR & MTBF and take related measures to improve the machine availability and reduce unplanned downtime - Manage and control spare part orders and stock to insure that no breakdown is linked to spare parts shortage and those critical parts are available from stock anytime - Make and upgrade machine operation and maintenance instruction - Supervise and coordinate the actions of setting in compliance of EHS policy - Plan and implement fire drilling and first aid. - Control the activities of contractors to ensure that they carry out their undertakings while on site in such a manner that it does not affect the Health, Safety and Welfare of employee's, other contractors, visitors or public members - Inform Management of all significant information relating to EHS - Monitor plant energy consumption including water, electricity and gas - Continuously identifies, assesses EHS risk and reduces/eliminates the risk - Establish and maintain relationships with governmental authorities on matters of mutual concern including voluntary certification, maintenance of environmental permits, submission of required reports, and maintenance of data. - Direct and /or support development and deployment of EHS management systems as appropriate. - Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prepare /direct corrective action plans. - Encourage employee involvement in EHS activities. - Define the needs for FSD people training and career development - Prepare reports with FSD events and recommendations - Manage documentation, reports and software for machines and facilities of the plant
Education and/or Experience: - Bachelor degree, major in mechanical /engineering /industrial automation or other related field. - Over 10 years experience of maintenance, TPM experience is a must - Main area of expertise: electrical, CNC, PLC and automation - Experience of hydraulic, mechanical application, heat treat and precision grinding; - Type of industry: machining, automotive - Good knowledge and experience in safety, health and environment and familiar with national & regional laws and regulations. - Thorough knowledge of industrial chemistry and waste control/elimination technology and practices - Ability to lead and support cross-functional process improvement teams
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: - Professional certification preferred (Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, or country equivalent) Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: - TPM, OEE, MTBF & MTTR - Excellent leadership - Interpersonal effectiveness; - Fluent English including reading, writing and speaking. |
