岗位要求

1. At least 5 year EHS management experience especially in fire firefighting / environmental and industrial safety fields.

2. Skillful to do incident analysis with FTA method and familiar with industrial risk identification and control technology.

3. Have experience to manage waste water treatment system or have waste water treatment knowledge and familiar with waste water discharge standards.

4. Prefer to have internal Auditor certificate of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificate

5. Be familiar with hot work permit /elevated work permit /confined space entry /LO&TO control etc.

6. Be familiar with local standards /codes /law related to firefighting/safe and environmental management, construction, installation, safety etc.

7. Rich experience in new plants relocation.

8. Good understanding of facility issues, maintenance issues, contracts management, project management and financial management.

9. Good English skill and good PC skills, such as Auto CAD, MS Office.

岗位职责

1. Be in charge of relocating current location manufacturing equipment to new site smoothly.

2. Be responsible for EHS related issues in plant, such as firefighting management, environmental management (incl. waste water treatment station) and safety management.

3. Be responsible for prevention and management of occupational health issues.

4. Supervises and coordinates all maintenance service and repairs pertaining to building and related equipment.

5. Management of utility services, maintenance, and administration issues to ensure the day to day plant operation smoothly.

6. Takes charges of all emergencies and ensures responsible back-up is available in order to take corrective action as necessary.

7. Implement all maintenance and general procurement of materials and parts, schedules installations and oversees that such repairs are accomplished in a safe and timely manner.

8. Formulas and implements preventative programs for utility systems, equipment and building maintenance.

9. Manage a variety of outside contractors and suppliers to ensure a quality delivery of the services meeting corporate requirements.

10. Conducts in–service training and implements safety regulations and programs.

11. Be responsible for department budget.

12. Be responsible to elaborate and maintain all technical documents linked to Buildings and Facilities (i.e. electrical drawings, lay-out, agreements…)

13. Be responsible for improvement and reduction of running costs (power consumption, water...)
