Purpose of the Job: To ensure overall human resource & administrative functions under company's direction
Primary Responsibilities:
To set up training system, develop effective on-going training programs for each staffs To establish labor contract and employee handbook in compliance with local laws and company regulations; To create staffing plan and conduct recruitment process; To set up and implement compensation and benefit system including performance evaluation; To handle proper registration for expatriate working locally; To be responsible for administration; Assure the application of the SHE aspects in the area of responsibility and conduct the SHE job function in the HR department. To implement company backup system; To help management improve and maintain staff satisfactory; To be actively involved in and committed to the implementation of all company’s policies in all aspects of the job function; To conduct personal behavior such that it protects and enhances the company’s reputation; To strive to continually improve in all aspects of work;
Decision Making Authorities: state personnel requirements contribute to references generate job descriptions approve flexitime, training and holidays conduct interviews with Human Resource
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor degree or above in fabrics or related major Very fluent oral English and good written and reading English skills Good organizational and managerial as well as negotiation skills At least 5 years working experience on human resource management . |
