Responsible for assigned Fabrication and Assembly production operations to ensure that safety, quality, work order completion and cost requirements are achieved.
Responsible for warehouse, shipping, and maintenance for the Suzhou factory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure all rules and practices are adhered to insure a safe and healthy operating environment;
Direct the manufacturing of assigned products consistent with established specifications for quality, functionality and lead time to attain on-time shipments at or above goals;
Measure internal performance metrics in quality, on-time WO completion, lead-time, productivity, labor efficiencies and budget performance,  implement corrective & preventative actions if any gap;
Control cost in areas of responsibility to meet established budgets;
Manage and develop production team (including DL/IDL) to meet company development goals;
Establish/maintain performance metrics, expectations and accountabilities & performance
Identify/administer continuous improvement opportunities
Identify and implement appropriate capital projects

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Technical education focusing on metal machining and/or welding and/or durable goods assembly and shipment
8+ years of relevant production experience and at least 4 years in a factory supervisory position
Strong leadership and team building competence
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated performance in a job shop manufacturing environment with engineer-to-order, complex, low volume  production
