Job Description

- Coordinate and initiate the operational excellence projects which contributes to quality, delivery, cost/productivity of the whole operation

- Provide and develop the systematic solution/program for the functional teams to achieve the operation process improvement

- Drive and track the operation functional teams’ commitment and progress of the running operation enhancement project/program

- Coordinate the development and implementation of activities in the production area(s) to meet OEE/capacity, personnel efficiency, Yield and quality.

- Be the segment IE agent to Implement in the whole operation on the IE tools cascaded from Back End Cluster IE team and share the best practices within AP region.

- Lead the lean manufacturing activities/projects such as 5S, Visual management, VSM, SMED, TPM, KANBAN, Milk Run, Flow Production, etc.

- Lead & participate the enhancement on shop floor competency, shop floor leadership & shop floor team moral

- Develop knowledge training programs to all employees in the segment on operational excellence methodology including but not limit to IE, Lean manufacturing, 6 sigma, etc.

- Other functional tasks & operation improvement tasks assigned by the legal manager. - Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering is preferred

Job Requirement

- Min 10 years' work experience on manufacturing, semiconductors is preferred.

- Min 3 years of management roles in IE/Lean manufacturing, quality & production background is the necessary.

- Strong Knowledge and experience with IE/ lean manufacturing concept and system, Lean certification is preferred

- Strong leadership, project management & problem solving skill

- Can do, positive thinking, good communication and coordination skills, passion with people

- Good command of written and spoken English
