DIRECT Report to: Operations Manager
DIRECT Subordinates: Electrical Supervisor and Mechanical Supervisor
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES Responsible for all facilities, machines and safety management within the company, and ensure that the rules and disciplines of company are well implemented in maintenance team.

Maintenance management: 60%

- To set up and implement the standard preventative maintenance system of company. (15%)

- Arrange routine service and repair of all machines to ensure minimum downtime and maximum operating efficiency (10%)

- Maintain all the facilities ( Boiler, Chiller, Air compressor, Recycling water system etc.) under good status and take prompt & proper actions when a problem existed. (10%)

- To ensure that root cause analysis is robustly completed for machine, equipment failure and implement agreed improvements to a system or to the machine/equipment in a timely manner. (10%)

- Control spare parts stock level and maintenance expenses. (5%)

- Organize & Co-ordinate activities of sub contract suppliers (5%)

- Maintain machine/equipment files and drawings (5%)

Safety management: 10%

- Supervises all safety aspects of maintenance site works

- Make sure that works are realized in accordance with safety regulations and safety practices and ensure that used machines, equipment and tools are in conformity with safety requirements.

Project management: 10%

- Work with R&D on any new projects

- Manages the assigned new projects.

Others: 20%

- Staff communication, coaching, training, development, appraisal and motivation, etc. (15%)

- Other assignments by Operations Manager ( 5%)

QUALIFICATIONS

- University or above, major in Mechanical or electrical

- More than 6 years experience in solid maintenance, at least 2 years experience in maintenance management, production management experience is preferred.

- GENDER: Male

-OTHER: Good knowledge of CAD and PLC program, good PC skills with Microsoft office, good English ( Speaking and Writing).

- Hands on machine repair skills, Strong Safety Awareness, Good coaching and communication skills, Strives for Excellence, Team Player.
